Easily make personalized tweaks to this program for specific client needs. Generate endless numbers of workout programs and save them and then assign them to clients.

Once you assign a workout from the Master Database to an individual client, it will automatically be viewable by that client when they log in to your TrainerForce website and click on their workout link.

Workout Master Database lists all of the workouts you currently have created and stored. These workouts are available for you to assign to a client.

For each master workout, you can view the details, delete it, update and clone it.
