The personalized program includes guidance, accountability and direction on exercise type, frequency and duration plus much more. With Future Physique Westlake On-Line Training, you and your trainer stay in frequent contact to ensure you are progressing and your needs are met. With the unique accountability workout log, you can easily log your weekly workout routines and your trainer can track it all. This keeps you motivated and accountable both to yourself and your trainer. This is an especially helpful feature for people who frequently travel. Scheduling and tracking your exercise activities can help maximize the effectiveness of your plan and ensure you meet your goals. We have a library of more than 400 exercises demos. Each includes an animated demonstration and specific written instructions. So you can always log on to verify you are using correct exercise form when following the workout recommendations. Our library is very comprehensive, including exercises using free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, weight machines, body weight and more.
